Registered Manager

Joanne Dyke was appointed Registered Manager, due to her extensive experience within the Health and Social Care Sector coupled with her highly developed Management, Communication, and Interpersonal skills. Joanne is responsible for Care Delivery, Staff Communication, Compliance, Training, etc. including liaising with all clients and their family members.

Having been employed by some of the largest Health and Social Care companies in the UK, Joanne‘s passion is to apply the highest possible standards of care to every one of Carefour’s Clients and Carers, without exception. Operations Director

Jason Smith is Operations Director of the company and is a graduate of Worcester University.  He has over 20 years of running successful well-managed businesses at board level both in Limited and Public companies on the London Stock Exchange. Jason works closely with the executive management team to fully support the strong performance of the business and as Nominated Person with the Care Quality Commission, he ensures Carefour’s working practices meet with the regulation that comes with being registered with the CQC. Jason’s passion for fair working conditions for Carers and a drive to deliver excellent care are seen on a daily basis through the feedback from clients and carers alike.

Heidi Roberts

Live-in Care Manager

Heidi is a highly experienced Live in Carer, who is responsible for the Management and Coordination of our Live-in Care Team. As a career carer, Heidi is exceptionally caring and knowledgeable in the field of Live-in Care. She strongly believes that everyone should have the opportunity to continue living in their own home, especially if this leads to improvements in the clients’  quality of life and positive care outcomes. Furthermore, Heidi’s mission is to match the live-in carers’ skills and attributes to their clients’ needs and requirements. Heidi is also responsible for the delivery of ‘up to the minute’ training and ongoing development of the Live-in Care Team. It is self-evident from our client feedback and review website, that Heidi has enabled her team to deliver domestic care to the very highest possible standards. Working closely with the recruitment and on-boarding teams, Heidi ensures that every Carefour Live in Carer meets the skill levels and extremely high standards required in order to perform their vital roles within the clients’ own home. In addition, Heidi supports the Live-in Care Team tirelessly throughout the week and also at weekends ensuring our service delivery is always caring, responsive, safe, effective and well-led.

Having graduated from Exeter University, Louise has spent over 20 years in the Financial Services Industry, with many years of experience in compliance and interviewing.

Louise’s main role is to recruit and onboard Live-in Carers for Carefour, supporting the Managers where required. She carefully selects experienced, kind and caring people to look after our clients. Louise supports management in expanding an organisation capable of delivering outstanding care to people and their families within their own homes, and only recruits carers she would trust with her own family and friends.
