What happens next?

See our live-in carer careers page {  } for the step by step process of recruitment and on-boarding.

On successfully joining our team, we very carefully take time to match you with a suitable client.  For instance, we look at your current skills, your previous experience, your hobbies and interests and of course, your personality.  In addition, during the recruitment process, we discover how many weeks a month you want to work and when you are available.  Combining all the factors, we will offer you a suitable placement and agree with you on a start date.

Following acceptance of placement, you will be personally introduced to the client by a care manager who knows the client and who has compiled their care plan.

Afterwards, we will maintain contact with you to see how you are doing and to offer any ongoing advice you may need.  A care manager will visit you in situ on occasions and will address any questions you may have.

It is a collaborative process; you, the client and Carefour.  Together, we really make a difference to someone’s life.
